Refunds and cancellation

How trials, cancellations, plan changes and refunds work.

1. Free trial

Every plan starts with 7 days free. A card is required. We remind you on day 5. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged.

Cancel any time in Settings, Plan and billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

No refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.

Cancel within 30 days of a charge for a pro rata refund of the unused months.

Unused credits stay on your account. Used credits are not refundable. Auto top-up only charges within the limits you set.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you.
