Terms of service
The agreement between you and Cashier for using trycashier.com and the Cashier app. Plain words where we can.
1. Who we are
Cashier ("we", "us") provides the Cashier service at trycashier.com. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions you approve for agents.
3. Trials, plans and billing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and requires a payment method. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before. Plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled.
AI credits are prepaid, used only for Cashier managed AI, and non-refundable once used. Auto top-up charges only within the limits you set.
4. Agents and approvals
Agents prepare actions such as entries, messages and changes. By default, nothing is written, sent or spent without your approval. You remain responsible for decisions you approve.
5. Not advice
Cashier provides general information and tools. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Consult a qualified adviser for your situation.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Cashier to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, or try to access other workspaces or our systems without permission.
8. Third-party services
Connected apps and AI providers are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
9. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes
We will give at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or in the app.
